The name “Kai” means food in Maori and Rewai guides our creative team of chefs who simply love food and preparing Kai dishes, which not only look impressive but also taste wonderful. Rewai’s Pacific Rim background naturally influences but does not constrain our style.
We have the versatility, knowledge and confidence to create an array of styles. Whether you want Fusion, Modern British, Classic European, Ethnic, Molecular, Comfort Food or Street Food, Kai will produce enticing menus to suit every occasion. Taste is paramount!
